New and creative applications have been developed that can benefit the practicing clinician with numerous issues. The workshop will outline principles of exposure, explore the characteristics of various disorders that make exposure a good treatment of choice or in conjunction with other treatments, and learn various methods of exposure.

1:30pm to 4:30pm- A Proactive Approach to Ethics for Practitioners
The need to be an ethical practitioner continues to be a central priority for clinicians of all allied mental health fields. Ethics can no longer be considered a topic that is only relevant to the preparation of licensure exams, to obtain CEUs/PD hours, or when taking a jurisprudence. Instead, a proactive approach to ethics is necessary and most effective for practicing as ethically competent clinicians. This workshop will explore a deeper, more personal, and more responsive approach to ethics.
Both are presented by Andres Tapia, M.A., LPC and doctoral candidate in Psychology with Fielding University.
